Abstract: | Image is fundamental to the success of any organization. A favourable image comes from a company's relationship with the general public and its clients, which is based on communication or interaction. This study investigates how corporate image can be enhanced through the social media, using banks' responses to university undergraduates' Facebook comments as a case study. The students in the research sample, from three universities in Nigeria, were friends of various banks on Facebook, but expressed disappointment as most banks did not respond to their queries or inquiries through Facebook.
