Using the methods of radical-reflexive sociology, whereby the people of Nyeri Diocese were allowed to evaluate themselves, their history and their current situation, the author raises questions such as: Which Kikuyu traditional customs and values have proved conducive to the transmission of Christianity? What is the Kikuyu's evaluation of the history of missionary work in their area?
