Amadi (structural adjustment, politics and agricultural decline), and Agnes Musyoki and John Aluko Orodho (urban women workers in the informal sector); on the political economy of adjustment in Lesotho by Michael Neocosmos; on Tanzania by Andrew S.Z. Kiondo (structural adjustment and NGOs), Joe L.P. Lugalla (structural adjustment and education), and C.S.L. Chachage (forms of accumulation, agriculture and structural adjustment); and on Zimbabwe by Lloyd M. Sachikonye (structural adjustment, State and organized labour), V. Brand, R. Mupedziswa and P. Gumbo (women informal sector workers), and Frances Chinemana and David Sanders (health and structural adjustment).
