Abstract: | The author mentions some aspects of the judgment of the International Couty of Justice on July 18, 1966, which pertain, firstly, to the acute divisions within the Court, and the nature of the majority of judges who gave the decision, secondly, to the judgement itself, and, thirdly, to the apparent finality of the Court's decision. Next he deals with the U.N. resolution of October 27 and the possible decision. According to him a definitive solution to the problem is not yet in sight. Perhaps the International Court may have another opportunity to extricate itself and the U.N. from the fog of doubt which its last decision failed to dispel. |
