Part 2 examines the institutional conditions and economic structure within which MNCs operate generally. Part 3 examines the growth and contributions of MNCs, particularly multinational oil corporations to Nigeria's development while part 4 takes a look at the multinational corporation and the Nigerian State within the contex of the Nigerian Enterprises Promotion Decrees of 1972 and 1977. Part 5 examines the future of MNC operations in Nigeria. - Tab., sum. in English, French and German.
