Who is likely to be a victim (by sex, age, religion, occupation, education). Relationship between offender and victim. Why do people become criminals. Factors that underlie the criminal system in Uganda. Treatment of offenders. What should be done (the author has been suggesting the establishment of a Crime Study Centre where problems of crimes, typologies of crimes, remedial and control studies should be carried out). Notes.
