Abstract: | To achieve economic growth, South Africa must train its non-white workforce to fill the shortages in the skilled/professional and semi-skilled categories of labour. Sections: Government response - Private sector response - AET programmes for black workers - Willingness to participate in an adult education programme - Willingness to participate in a training/development programme - Will firms embark on AET programmes?
