Abstract: | The type of leadership behaviour expected under the new Nigerian Constitution is not only different but also more demanding than the type that existed before or during the period of military interregnum (1966-1979). This article describes the role of the different leadership groups (in particular, the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary) in the achievement of the goals of the New Constitution. Notes. |
