Abstract: | Within a theoretical framework which gives prominence to the concepts of flexibility, goals and objectives, the author explores the foreign policies of Saudi Arabia towards Africa, beginning with the reign of the late King Abdul Aziz Ibn Saud and ending with the latest developments in Saudi-African relations. The study focuses mainly on the political aspects of the relationship, though some discussion on the cultural and economic aspects of the Saudi-African connection is included. Notes. |
