Abstract: | This paper summarises the results of a continuing investigation into entrepreneurship among selected Nigerian educated elite. The aim is to inquire into, examine and analyse the factors which condition, affect, impede the Nigerians, educated beyond the level of the Grammar School in establishing and running agricultural, industrial or commercial enterprises. The paper is divided into two parts, the theoretical part which deals with the obstacles to enterpreneurship and the case-study which deals specifically with the Calabar expériment. Notes; tables. |
