Abstract: | Selly oak Colleges, Birmingham, in the past has trained Namibian/SOUth West African Anglican and Lutheran Church leaders in Church Administration, Church Education and in mission needs in general. Selly oak in 1977 began to investigate the possibility of educational and developmental programmes for Namibia as it was apparently on the eve of independence.
