| Abstract: | Aim is to show that data exist which enable to analyse the problem of import and export substitution in the context of the Nigerian economy. Some conclusions are given concerning the trend of import and export coefficients. Tables: 1. Overall co-efficients of imports and exports (1950-1966) - 2.
