It is based on the results of a survey of thirty-six villages located in seven administrative divisions of Anambra state carried out in 1977. Sections: agricultural response strategies - dimensions of non-farm employment - non-farm activities as employment alternatives - the employment pattern in non-farm activities - implications for rural development.
