Abstract:The author's research records and field notes for a series of Zambian Iron Age sites having been destroyed in a brush fire, the present note is intended to put this destruction on record and to give outline details of the sites involved, their material culture and economic data, compiled from preliminary reports published in' Archaeologia Zambiana' (1968 and 1969) and surviving data. The sites were located at Gundu, Ndonde, Basanga and Mwanamaimpa. Ref.
