| Abstract: | Probably no other country receives as much world press attention as Israels Despite this profuseness of printed material, very few articles and fewer books present competent analyses of the Israeli polity and foreign policy, If one narrows one's attention to Israel's involvement with Africa, the paucity of first-rate work is even more evident. This article attempts to reconcile the diametrical opposites - being both all-encompassing, yet still selective enough for the discriminating scholar: Israeli foreign policy - Trade -Technical co-operation.
