Abstract:The rapid rate of economic development created a totally new demand for skilled workers. Immense problems of adaptation confront the African peoples. Technical training and trade union organisation are the first essentials to meet the psychological needs which are apparent. The article also deals with the development of the general educational services, the new provision in the technical field, labour-stabilisation, apprenticeship, the African Advancement, the encouragement of trade unions, viewed from different territiories.
