Abstract: | Despite many dissimilarities the non-aligned African states can be divided into two basic types determined by the ideological components. One group of African states has developed what can be called radical non-alignment. The second major group of non-aligned African states can be called pragmatists. The aspects of the two groups are indicated and in conclusion a comparison is made of the radical and the moderate forms of non-alignment. Footnotes. |
