| Abstract: | The struggle for majority rule in Southern Rhodesia has been going on for about 20 years. The last ten years have seen a greater and greater commitment to the 'armed struggle' by both nationalist parties, and by the Rhodesian African as a whole. The article describes how the armed conflict has proceeded in those ten years, concentrating particularly on the period since the end of 1974.
