Abstract: | After indication of the regulations and conditions governing inheritance to property in Sierra Leone follows analysis of the following positions: The Law of Inheritance where the deceased is a non-Native who is not a Mohammedan; The Law of Inheritance where the deceased is a Native (devolution in traditional society; devolution in modern society); The Law of Inheritance where the deceased is a Mohammedan. A special part of the discussion deals with the effect of marriage on the inheritance of property. In the concluding observations is dealt with the influence of progressing social mobility on the law of inheritance. Notes. |
