Abstract:Description of the system of case study approach as a method of instruction in courses in Public Administration, adopted at the Institute of Administration, University of Ife, where students were used to prepare case studies. Because case studies must be realistic and relevant, course participants assisted by tutors prepared their own studies based on incidents where, as members of the public, they had most difficulty with public administration.
