| Abstract: | This study of homicide and major crime in the Sudan embraces the many diverse ethnic groups that constitute the Sudanese population. The facts were taken from trial cases where rules of procedure and evidence put a legal framework; therefore meny of the subtle nuances of human behaviour involved with homicide and violence are missing.
