Abstract:Describes the systematic use of discriminatory laws on a society-wide basis in Rhodesia. After discussion of the purposes of laws and in particular when utilized to achieve, perpetuate, and extend racial inequality, the legal devices adopted by the Rhodesian Front are exposed in their interlinked groups of predominant purpose or effect of the measure.
