Abstract: | The author, member of the Africa Institute of the U.S.S.R. Academy of Sciences, Moscow, analyses the political and economic relations between imperialist countries and their former colonies. Colonialism in a new form blocks the path of the African peoples to genuine freedom, independence, and prosperity. As instances are mentioned the events that took place in the Congo, the French Community, the 'assistance' through the F.A.C. (former FIDES), the CDC and the EEC. |
