Abstract:The expulsion from Uganda of Asians citizens of United Kingdom and colonies, who are technically aliens there, is a step in the policy of Africanization of which the Trade Licensing Act was an earlier measure. The author who is the President of the European Commission of Human Rights explains this expulsion both against the historical background and in the light of international law and practice.
