Abstract:Criticism of the educational system of Ghana which is producing the top of a pyramid which has no base. Educational facilities for graduate engineers have been established, but there is no adequate provision for the education of the men whom they will have to look after. Until steps are taken to produce enough technicians in Ghana the Government will have to use the majority of its graduates as technicians and clerks. Ghana should spend very much more on non-university education than it does on the universities.
