Abstract: | In 2009 the Kenyan parliament voted for the International Criminal Court to step in and bring justice to the victims of the post-election violence that followed the disputed 2007 presidential elections. On December 15, 2010, the ICC named 6 prominent Kenyans to be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. This film looks at the reaction of the Kenyan public on these developments and their view on whether to use the ICC or a local tribunal. [Abstract reproduced from dvd-video] |
