Abstract: | Since 2008, the African Centre for Cities (ACC) in Cape Town, South Africa, has facilitated a series of dialogues and research exchanges. This collective volume provides insights into key issues - demographic, cultural, political, technical, environmental and economic - of African urbanization (AU).
