Abstract: | When the Moroccan government opened in 1972 the El Mansour Eddhabi dam over the Drâa River, downstream from Ouarzazate, the nomads were forgotten. They had been living deep in the valley, in the Sahara, to the rythm of the river. Facing a reality which is getting more and more precarious, nomads give us words which make us think differently about water management. [Abstract reproduced from DVD-video]. |
