Abstract:This book investigates irregular African migration to Europe, by focusing on the conditions that shape and influence the lives of Africans before, during, and after their 'migratory projects'. The authors use migrants' narratives and draw on evidence-based field research from different disciplinary backgrounds, in an attempt to deconstruct common assumptions around this issue. Contents: 1.
