| Abstract: | The acknowledgment of the interdependence of states and the scale of the criminal challenges, which can only be averted collectively, generate a vast network of multilateral and bilateral organizations, economic unions or military alliances in order to meet the needs real cooperation, even harmonization. the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Burundi have, in this instance, set up the economic community in the great lakes region. although the objectives of this community are clear in judicial cooperation in criminal matters, the respective national normative and procedural frameworks deserve certain harmonization for effective and mutually beneficial cooperation. |
