| Abstract: | This study on investments in the drc analyzed the legal framework for investments in the country, the impact of investment reforms since the adoption of the investment code, and the various challenges to be met if investment is to become a real driver of development in the country. the study highlighted the need for appropriate measures to improve the business climate in dr congo. these involve strengthening administrative and judicial institutions, while taking into account the establishment of a genuine rule of law where anti-values are banished. |
